Affiliation:

We are an entirely independent, 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3. Although our members work at top companies in the animation, illustration, and cartooning industries, Ink Well Kids Foundation does not represent the interests or opinions of any other entity or organization. The art we create with and for the children we serve is all “fan art.” It does not originate from any studio nor publishing house and no money ever exchanges hands in relation to this art.

Photography:

We do not publish minors’ photos or any identifying information without written consent from a legal guardian. Many of our locations further request that we do not show the children’s faces, regardless of consent. While we hope to share stories and visuals for the benefit of others who are experiencing similar challenges, the children’s privacy is our top priority and we usually abstain from asking for permission to share such content.

If you are a legal guardian and want to have your child’s name and story posted with their photo or if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us at info@inkwellfoundation.org.

Our Rules and Code of Conduct: all volunteers have signed and are bound by the Ink Well Kids Foundation rules and code of conduct, as outlined in our application. Any violation may result in permanent expulsion from the group.
